​​¸£Àû¼§ will make a good faith effort to assist VetHUBs to receive opportunities for awards on purchase of construction, professional services, supplies, materials, equipment and services.  

It is the policy of ¸£Àû¼§ to encourage equal access and opportunity for all businesses in the State of Texas.  ¸£Àû¼§ encourages the use of small and Veteran Heroes United in Business (VetHUBs) in the procurement of goods, services, and contract awards.  ¸£Àû¼§ has adopted the Statewide Procurement Division rules as their own in accordance with .

​​The Texas Legislature requires state agencies to make a good faith effort to assist VetHUBs in receiving a portion of the total value of all contracts. ¸£Àû¼§ has made a commitment and priority adopt the following State of Texas goals set forth by the Statewide Procurement Division of the Texas State Comptroller’s office.
