Submit a for each student. It will be routed for appropriate signatures before being sent to the Registrar's Office for processing.

Submit for each course. Departments may make changes to prerequisites, corequisites, restrictions, and/or course descriptions for courses at the catalog level through this form.
This is a request to update the course schedule type at the catalog level for the specified term. Departments are encouraged to contact regcurriculum@shsu.edu to verify the current schedule type(s) of a course prior to submission.
For each form, please note the signature routing as required on the forms.
Change of majors for students registered in Spring 2026 classes are due by December 9th, 2025 (Course Program of Study information).

Graduate Changes:
Submit degree plan exceptions through .

Submit to request the addition, removal, or complete switch to a Polytechnic program for current ¸£Àû¼§ Main students.
Any changes to ¸£Àû¼§ Main program(s) must be submitted through or one of the change of major forms above.
This form should only be submitted by Academic Advisors.
To add a special title to an entire course, submit an request.
To add special titles to individual students, submit this form to schedule@shsu.edu.
Submit form with all required signatures to regcurriculum@shsu.edu.
Submit to request the addition of an existing WECM course to ¸£Àû¼§'s course offerings.
